The information provided in this Refund Policy is for general guidance only. As the sole owner and operator of ArtOfSquirt.com, I define my own refund and return practices based on the nature of my products. This policy applies only to purchases of original artwork made privately through direct email communication.
Purchases made on Etsy or through Printful follow their own separate refund/return policies, which customers can read directly on their respective platforms.
Refund Policy - the basics
Because my original artworks are one-of-a-kind, handmade, and personally created artworks, all sales of original paintings are final.
I do not accept returns or refunds if a customer changes their mind after the purchase.
However, when an original artwork is shipped, it is always sent via Swiss Post with tracking and insurance.
This means:

If the package is lost,

If the artwork is damaged during transport,

Or if the item never arrives,
then the Swiss Post insurance covers the compensation, and the customer will receive their refund through the insurance claim, not directly from me.
What to include in the Refund Policy
This policy covers:

Refund eligibility only in cases of loss or damage, as confirmed by Swiss Post insurance procedures.

No refunds for downloadable items (PDFs), as downloads are handled by Etsy and follow Etsy’s own rules.

No refunds or returns for printed products (A4/A3 prints, merchandise), as these are fulfilled by Printful and follow Printful’s own return/printing quality policies.
