The information provided on this page explains how shipping works for products purchased through ArtOfSquirt.com. This text is for transparency purposes only and does not replace professional legal advice. Because my shop combines self-fulfilled shipments and third-party services (Etsy and Printful), shipping procedures can vary depending on what the customer orders. By purchasing from my shop, you acknowledge these conditions.

Shipping Policy - the basics

ArtOfSquirt.com offers three types of products, each with a different shipping process:

• Original artworks (one-of-a-kind pieces):

These are shipped directly by me using Swiss Post with tracking and insurance. Shipping is free and included in the art price. Delivery usually takes 1 business day inside Switzerland and approx. 4–8 business days worldwide. Before purchasing, customers must contact me by email to arrange payment via bank transfer. Once the payment is received, I prepare and ship the artwork the next day.

• Printed artworks (A4 / A3) & merchandise:

Prints and apparel are fulfilled and shipped by Printful. Processing and delivery times depend on Printful’s production schedule and the customer’s location.

• Digital downloads (PDF prints):

Digital files are sold through Etsy and delivered instantly after purchase via the Etsy platform. No physical shipping is involved.

What to include in the Shipping Policy

This shop uses multiple delivery methods. Therefore:

All orders for original artworks are insured, and in case of lost or damaged parcels, I open a case with Swiss Post. Refunds depend on the outcome of that investigation.
Printful orders follow Printful’s shipping times, packaging, and replacement policies. Customers will receive automatic tracking information directly from Printful.
Digital items cannot be returned because they are delivered instantly as files.
