These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) outline the rules for using ArtOfSquirt.com. By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to these terms.
ArtOfSquirt.com is operated by Miss Daisy Diamond as a one-person independent art business.
Digital products (PDF files) are sold and delivered through Etsy, printed items are produced and shipped through Printful, and original artworks are purchased directly via email and paid via bank transfer. Each platform may have its own additional T&C and policies that apply to your order.
Prices, availability, and product descriptions may change at any time. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of incorrect information, payment issues, or inappropriate communication.
You agree not to copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute any artwork, images, texts, or digital files from ArtOfSquirt.com without my written permission. All artworks, including squirt-medium artworks, remain protected by copyright.
What to include in the T&C document
These T&C cover the following:

Digital products are downloaded through Etsy immediately after purchase.

Printed items are produced and shipped by Printful.

Original artworks are arranged privately via email and shipped only after full payment is received.

Printful products follow Printful’s refund/reprint policy.

Original artworks include insured Swiss Post shipping; if damaged in transit, a replacement or refund is arranged according to the insurance claim.
